With permission from Edward and his wife, Megan, the Queets Trading Post staff will be holding a fundraiser tomorrow beginning at 8:00 a.m. at the Queets Trading Post.

Please come out and support our team as we come together to help our fellow coworker, Ed, during this incredibly difficult time for him and his family. Every donation, no matter the amount, will make a difference.

All proceeds will go directly to Ed and his family.

QUEETS TRADING POST

Effective Immediately — July 28, 2026
Temporary Change in Store Hours
We regret to inform our customers and community that, due to current staffing shortages, Queets Trading Post will be reducing our hours of operation effective immediately, July 28, 2026. Closing at 8 PM beginning tonight.

New Store Hours:
Sunday–Saturday: 8:00 AM–8:00 PM

These reduced hours will remain in effect until we are able to fill our open positions and provide adequate training for our newly hired employees. Our goal is to return to our regular hours as soon as we have the staffing needed to do so.
I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this change may cause. However, it is important to us that we take care of our current staff and avoid overworking or exhausting the employees who are continuing to serve our community. We want to make sure our team remains healthy and that we can continue providing the best service possible with the staff we currently have.

We truly appreciate your patience, understanding, and continued support of Queets Trading Post as we work through this staffing shortage.

Queets Trading Post Notice:

On Monday, July 13, we will have a reset team in the store completing updates. We will remain open throughout the entire reset process, and our regular business hours will not be affected.

Big changes happening at the Queets Trading Post!

Our brand new fuel sign was installed yesterday featuring 30” fuel pricers and a sign face display on top with our original logo. We’re excited to finally have this upgrade completed and shining for everyone driving through.

We also got Fuel Pump 2 repaired, which means all fuel pumps are now fully open and running again. Thank you to everyone for your patience while we worked on getting everything back up and running smoothly.

We’re here for you 7 days a week from 7 AM – 8 PM. Stop in, fuel up, and check out the new sign next time you’re passing by!

Good morning,

Queets Trading Post update:

Unfortunately our Pump #2 has lost its configuration and the brain has been fried. I have a technician that will be on site Wednesday to fix this issue. Unfortunately until it’s fixed our Pump #2 is out of service.

Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause, our other pumps 1,3,4,5 are all up and running.

⚠️ Bear Sighting Alert ⚠️

We’ve received multiple reports of a bear near the Queets Trading Post garbage cans. Please use extreme caution when exiting your vehicle, as the bear does not appear to be deterred by human presence.

Quinault Indian Nation (QIN) resources have been notified and will be patrolling the area.

Stay alert and keep a safe distance.
