Today on what would have been my mom's 60th birthday and after two years of hard work; I am happy to announce the creation of the Cheryl Ann Kortsen-Pebler Foundation. This foundation was formed to honor my mother and will drive our outreach programs within our communities; as it has since 1910. Kortsen Pebler Holdings has committed to donating 25% of our net earnings, which will fund my mothers’ memorial foundation. The Cheryl Ann Kortsen-Pebler Foundation will aid local charities within our core outreach programs of family, community, faith, and service. I will also personally match all outside donations up to 1million dollars annually, for the duration of foundation life. I am also very honored to appoint my dear friend and business advisor, Mr. Mike Myers, as the companies’ Senior Managing Financial Advisor. Mike has been a close family friend for many decades, and we are blessed to have him as a part of this new family commitment.

Finally, I'm proud to announce the second change here at Kortsen Pebler Holdings. We will be getting back to an exciting original core business, which my mother was truly proud of. Kortsen Pebler Holdings will restore our design/build, general contracting & engineering divisions. Since 1910 we have constructed largely within our own portfolio; and now after 22 years of tremendous growth, we are beginning our new path of growth for the next 25years. Kortsen Pebler will now dedicate our strength and vision in the contracting/ engineering fields, directly for outside firms in the residential, commercial, industrial, and civil sectors. We look forward too many more decades of distinguished design, build, develop, engineer, and outreach growth here in Arizona.
