It's a good time to provide two other VERY important reminders:

1) Please have all of your beneficiaries for all policies and accounts up to date. Your loved ones will have more work if you either don't have up to date beneficiaries or some of those former loved ones are no longer here. And those funds can be accessed without going through probate.

2) PLEASE stop what you are doing NOW and review your “Last Will & Testament” and associated documents such as your living will, durable power of attorney for healthcare and general power of attorney. And PLEASE if you do not have a Will, please make an appointment with an attorney and have one completed so that your wishes will be followed.

Lombardi & Associates Update:

Good news we are back up and running today!!!

Thank you for your patience during our recent renovations!

Day 3 of carpet and painting was completed on Saturday 9/16/23. Tracy successfully temporarily relocated the fish and then got them back on their tank with a new level platform, which Mark Murray fabricated! No more leaks on the floor!

Mark Murray of Fran Murray & Son also did the painting and assisted Eric of Carpets Today, Inc. I can highly recommend both contractors they did a great job.
