Coming right after last week's Fed meeting (where the Fed chose to hold steady), this fresh read will help set the tone for where things head next. We'll also get new home sales Wednesday and consumer sentiment Friday.

Here's the encouraging part: buyer demand is proving resilient! 🙌 Pending home sales have now risen four months in a row — a sign that people aren't waiting on the sidelines anymore and are finding ways to make their move even in today's market. 🏡

And with energy prices potentially easing in the weeks ahead, there's reason for some cautious optimism about what's coming next.

Congratulations to our dear clients on the purchase of their beautiful dream property in Idaho! 🌲⛰️ There’s nothing more rewarding than helping wonderful people secure the perfect place to start their next chapter.

Real estate transactions can be challenging sometimes, this one sure had it's suprises on the seller side with some septic tank suprises. But perserverance and teamwork prevailed and our buyers got a whole new septic installed before closing🤝💙

We are incredibly grateful to have been part of this journey and couldn't be happier for our clients as they begin making memories on their incredible new property.
