Fargo recently donated a mortgage-free home to two-time Purple Heart Recipient retired U.S. Army Sergeant Padge Mattaliano and his family — a powerful reminder of how our collective efforts help honor and support those who’ve served. Over the past 10 years, with our collaboration with the Warriors Support Foundation, we’ve donated more than 400 homes to wounded Veterans and Gold Star families as part of the Military Home Donation Program. I’m proud to be part of a company that continues to create meaningful impact for our military community.

Fargo, along with Warriors Support Foundation and Cornerstone Ford Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, provided a payment-free vehicle to former U.S. Army Specialist Jeffrey Trager and his family in Elk River, Minnesota. This is a small but meaningful way to recognize the sacrifice and service of those who've given so much. Grateful to work for a company that is helping ensure and their families continue to thrive long after their service ends.

Through the first four months of 2026, housing starts are running 2.2% ahead of the pace from last year. Nevertheless, single-family starts declined 9.0% in April and are down 5.1% year-to-date. In contrast, multifamily housing starts have surged, with year-to-date starts up 20.1%. Specifically, April multifamily starts hit an annual rate of 529,000 units, a 27.1% increase over total starts in 2025.
