Splitwater Ranch, a beautiful Reining Quarter Horse breeding and training operation in Gypsum, Colorado, is looking for a reliable, hardworking Ranch Hand to join our team.
We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys being around horses, and understands that good horse care starts with the basics being done right, every single day.
We are looking for someone who is:
• Experienced and comfortable handling horses
• Dependable and punctual
• Physically capable of ranch work - can lift 65 pounds
• Hardworking and efficient
• Calm and patient around horses
• Able to work independently AND as part of a team
• Willing to pitch in — no job is “beneath” anyone here
This is a hands-on position.
We take excellent care of our horses and our property, and we are looking for someone who takes the same pride in their work.
