Effective September 30, 2026, Florida’s minimum wage increases to:

$15.00/hour for standard hourly employees
$11.98/hour for tipped employees

If you have employees currently below the new minimums and haven’t reached out yet, please do so as soon as possible so we can assist with updates.

📌 New minimum wage posters are on the way! If you do not receive yours, please contact our office. Remember, these posters must be displayed in a visible and accessible area where employees can easily see them.
