It’s been a very educational morning here at the office!
Charlie and Will decided to gather every toy in sight for a crash course on compound interest — complete with a whiteboard, charts, and their most serious “professor” faces. 😂

The topic of the day?
👉 𝙃𝙤𝙬 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙢𝙤𝙣𝙚𝙮 𝙜𝙧𝙤𝙬𝙨 𝙬𝙝𝙚𝙣 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙜𝙞𝙫𝙚 𝙞𝙩 𝙩𝙞𝙢𝙚, 𝙘𝙤𝙣𝙨𝙞𝙨𝙩𝙚𝙣𝙘𝙮, 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙖 𝙨𝙢𝙖𝙧𝙩 𝙨𝙩𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙚𝙜𝙮.

This morning we found our elves, Charlie and Will, hard at work at one of the desks — calculator out, client folder open, Post-its everywhere.

And according to their latest “professional analysis,” they left us this note:

This morning, we found our tiny tyrants — ahem, The 401(k) Contribution Enforcer Elves — guarding the coffee pot like it’s Fort Knox.

Their message?
👉 “𝙔𝙤𝙪 𝙘𝙖𝙣’𝙩 𝙥𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙨 𝙘𝙤𝙛𝙛𝙚𝙚 𝙪𝙣𝙩𝙞𝙡 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙢𝙖𝙭 𝙤𝙪𝙩 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 401(𝙠). 𝙄 𝙙𝙤𝙣’𝙩 𝙢𝙖𝙠𝙚 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙧𝙪𝙡𝙚𝙨.”

Excuseee us?!
We just came here for caffeine, not a full-blown retirement intervention. 😆

But honestly… they’re not wrong.
You gotta treat yo’elf (and your future self) with a well-funded 401(k).

Coffee + contributions = holiday sparkle ✨
And apparently, our elves are NOT negotiating.

Harsh? Maybe.
Accurate? Absolutely.

They even left a sign (because apparently they’re educators now):

🦆🎄 Duck Disaster in the Elf Department! 🎄🦆

We thought we could trust Charlie and Will with one simple task…

Do NOT touch the box of rubber ducks for the Charlotte County Chamber of Commerce Christmas Parade.

Naturally, the first thing they did?
Jumped right in.

This morning we found them swimming, lounging, and living their best duck-pit life in the giant box Ocean Park Asset Management sent us.
Will even claimed one as his “emotional support duck.” 🙄😂

At this point, we’re just hoping the elves leave us enough ducks to actually throw out at the parade…
