With storm season officially underway, please review your property insurance coverage. Many carriers are increasing deductibles and adding roof payment schedules without much notice. Give us a call if you have questions or you can email me your declarations page for review.

DO NOT get stuck with a roof schedule and 2% deductible if you can help it. At least don’t bother filing a hail claim if you do choose this option.
