This Mother’s Day weekend, I just want to take a moment to recognize two incredible women who help make Team what it is every single day.

My Mom — our very own “MammaBear” — has spent her life leading with compassion, strength, wisdom, and a servant’s heart. From business ownership to community involvement to simply always showing up for others, she’s taught me more than she’ll probably ever realize. Watching the way she cares for our clients, our team, and our community makes me proud every day to call her my mom.

And then there’s Vikki — self-proclaimed “MammaLion” — whose loyalty, heart, creativity, and fierce dedication help keep this agency moving forward. She brings passion, leadership, and a level of care for people that can’t be taught. Whether it’s helping clients, supporting our team, or stepping up wherever needed, she does it with heart every single time.

Both of these women are incredibly talented professionals, leaders, mentors, problem-solvers, and some of the most hardworking people I know. More importantly, they genuinely care about people — and that’s the heartbeat behind everything we do at 🫶 I truly feel blessed to work beside them every day.

The wait is over—our 2025 Agency Results are officially in 🥁
And as I reflect on this past year, one word continues to come to mind… gratitude. 2025 challenged us in ways we didn’t expect. Personally, it was a year marked by significant loss with the passing of my father—a moment that reshaped perspective in more ways than I can put into words. Professionally, we navigated an evolving and often unpredictable insurance landscape. But through it all, we never lost faith. We stayed grounded in who we are and why we do what we do. Because at the end of the day, we’re not just in the insurance business—we’re in the people business.
