*Open Enrollment is approaching fast so many people are going to be shopping their plans for both Individual and Group policies in Oct & Nov
* Many times on group open enrollments it is cheaper to write the family on an individual plan and leave the employee with the group (like a teacher on the ISD plan and the husband & kids on the type of policy we sell)
