This month, we’re sharing a few of our team’s “whys” behind the life insurance they have in place and what protecting their families means to them.

"My why for life insurance is my why for being a mom to Adalynn and Holden.
I work every day so I can give them a life full of little moments — sports, friends, treats, experiences, and opportunities.
But what if I didn’t make it home and someone else was getting them ready for bed every night?
Life insurance means they would still be provided for. College would still be funded. They would still have the life I work so hard to give them right now.
Loving and providing for your kids while you’re here is easy. But the truth is, you don’t have an income if you don’t make it home.
For me, life insurance is one more way I love and protect my kids, even if I’m not there to do it myself!"

September is Life Insurance Awareness Month. ❤️

To some, life insurance seems intimidating, but often times life insurance is the bridge that fills the gap for a family when someone passes away. It leaves a legacy, allows time to grieve, provides financial breathing room, and helps protect the life you’ve worked so hard to build. And while it may seem like something to think about later, getting coverage while you’re young and healthy can help protect your insurability as you get older. Life insurance isn’t a future conversation, its a never ending conversation that we continue to have as your needs change.

Over the next couple of weeks, we’ll be sharing some of our office’s why’s behind why we choose to protect our families.
Not every individual is the same, and not every policy is the same — but that’s the beauty of it. You get to choose exactly the right plan to protect your family.

Only 52% of American adults currently report owning life insurance. That means 48% of adults may not have the coverage they need if the unexpected happens. Our team’s goal is to help close that gap and protect the families we work with, making sure that none of our families have to experience the added financial hardship that can come with a loss.
