Today, we share the heavy news of the passing of a remarkable leader, mentor, and friend, Carl Richard Clark, but he was known as Dick to his many friends and colleagues.
As President of Hall & Clark Insurance Agency from 1980 to 2022, Mr. Clark helped shape not only our organization, but the lives and careers of countless individuals along the way. His leadership was steady, his vision was strong, and his commitment to doing right by others never wavered.
Beyond the office, Mr. Clark was a coach, a teacher, and a source of encouragement to many—always willing to lend his time, wisdom, and support. He believed in people, invested in them, and inspired them to be better, both professionally and personally.
His legacy will live on in the values he instilled, the relationships he built, and the many lives he touched throughout the insurance community and beyond.
