At Hemsley Ventures, we’re all about bringing cool ideas to life and supporting a bunch of unique brands. Founded by Sawyer Hemsley, who also co-created Crumbl, Hemsley Ventures is committed to creating legacy brands, spaces, places, and memories for today and future generations.

Our Brands:
• Polar Bear Eats - Experience a modern twist on the classic drive-in diner, where we serve fresh takes on your favorite comfort foods, all made to order.

• Crust Club - Your go-to spot for sweet and savory pies, plus homestyle family meals that are oven-ready.

• Rockhill Cheese - A small creamery crafting artisanal cheeses in small batches using traditional methods and raw milk. Each handcrafted wheel offers unique flavors that honor time-honored cheesemaking practices.

• Hemsley Ranch - A charming country estate with cozy lodging, friendly animals like chickens and alpacas, and lush crop fields. Plus, we’ve got some fun offshoots:

⭐️ HR Racing: A horse breeding and racing program.
⭐️ HR Gardens: A lovely floral shop and nursery.

We’re super excited about our new look! Our hand-drawn astronaut logo, crafted by a talented local artist, captures our adventurous spirit. Each patch on the spacesuit represents one of our founding brands, and those cowboy boots? A fun nod to our founder’s Idaho roots. This fresh branding helps us share our story better and connect with you on a deeper level.
