Below is a copy of the letter and email that we've sent out to all of our clients regarding the sale of my business. As indicated in the letter, I will be staying on with the agency.
Dear valued friends,
I hope everyone enjoyed the holidays and I want to wish everyone a Happy New Year! It’s so hard to believe that it’s already 2023, but I hope this year is the best year for you yet. For me, this new year brings about some change that I am excited about and wanted to share with you. I have sold my agency with the official acquisition date being February 1, 2023. This is very bittersweet, because of all the amazing relationships I have built with so many of you over the last six and a half years. I am so thankful for those relationships, and you trusting us during that time to take care of your insurance needs. I truly appreciate each and every one of you, and I have thoroughly enjoyed getting to know you and your families! Thank you!!
Stephen Carbajal has purchased my business and will be the agent of record for all your policies with our agency as of February 1st. Stephen has over 10 years of experience in the insurance industry, and I know will continue to be dedicated to building relationships with each of you, and to protecting you, your family, and your assets. He lives in Prescott Valley, is married, and has three young daughters that are his pride and joy! I encourage you to stop by the office the next time you’re in the area to meet Stephen.
Both Stephen and I are committed to making this transition as smooth as possible. With that said, I will be staying on with the agency as an agency producer and will be available for phone calls and in-person policy reviews. In addition, the office will stay at its present location, and the current staff (Rachel and Ashley) that you’re all familiar with and have worked with extensively over the last couple years, will be staying on with the agency.
Please don’t hesitate to stop by the office or call with any questions or concerns. Again, our goal is to have no interruption in service and no change to the exceptional customer service we have become known for over the last several years.
