🏆🙏 Humbled. Grateful. And honestly… still a little shocked. 🙏🏆
Back on July 28th, I received a call that I truly wasn’t expecting.
I was told that Robin Hood Real Estate Investments had been voted “Best of the Best” in the Greater Prescott Valley area — Best Manufactured Home Dealer. 🏡🏆
And I’ll be completely honest…
At first, I thought it was a scam. 😂
I figured it was one of those things where someone tells you that you “won an award,” and then tries to get you to pay to be featured in a magazine, buy advertising, enroll in something, or pay for recognition.
I’ve never been interested in paying for recognition. I believe your work should speak for itself.
So naturally, I started doing my homework. 🔎
I researched Market Surveys of America, spoke with other business owners, talked with their team, and learned more about the company and its history. After seeing that they have been around for decades, are BBB Accredited, and carry an A+ BBB rating, I realized this was something I could genuinely be proud of.
But the part that meant the most to me?
We had absolutely NO IDEA we had even been nominated. ❤️
We weren’t campaigning for votes.
We weren’t asking people to vote for us.
We weren’t chasing an award.
We were just working.
And for some reason, that makes this mean so much more to me.
I actually received this recognition almost two months ago, and I didn’t post anything about it. August and September have been incredibly busy, and honestly, I think I needed a little time to digest what it meant.
Today, I finally decided it was time to share it.
And I want to share it with nothing but gratitude. 🙏
When I started Robin Hood Real Estate Investments, I took a shot.
I believed there was an opportunity to do something different in Northern Arizona — to build quality manufactured homes, develop properties the right way, and most importantly, help create affordable housing opportunities for real people and real families. 🏡❤️
Over these first three years, I’ve had the privilege of building homes for friends, first-time homebuyers, families working within a budget, and people who otherwise may have been forced to buy an older home that needed tens of thousands of dollars of work.
That means something to me.
I’m incredibly proud of the homes we put out.
I’m proud of the standards we’ve created.
I’m proud of the systems and processes we’ve built.
But most importantly…
I’m proud of the TEAM we’ve built. 💪❤️
I may have started Robin Hood, but there is absolutely no way I could have built what it is today by myself.
Today, I have an incredible Operations Manager helping keep this machine moving every day. I have amazing partners handling excavation, installation, utilities, fencing, site development, and so many other pieces that go into taking an empty piece of dirt and turning it into someone’s HOME.
And I genuinely believe we have the best finish crew in the world. 🙌🔨🏡
They’re the people who come in at the end and make everything come to life.
This award belongs to all of them. 🏆
It belongs to every person who has answered my phone call, solved a problem, worked late, squeezed us into a schedule, fixed something that wasn’t right, helped us figure something out, or cared about one of these homes as much as I did.
And there are a few people who took a chance on me in the very beginning when others wouldn’t.
I didn’t have years of manufactured-home development experience.
I didn’t have some giant company behind me.
I had an idea, a plan, a work ethic, and the belief that I could figure it out.
There were people who gave me an opportunity anyway.
I will never forget that, and I will remain loyal to those people forever. 🤝❤️
That’s something I believe strongly in.
Remember the people who believed in you before there was anything to believe in.
So today, I’m extremely humbled and grateful to officially share that:

Almost Three years.
A whole lot of mistakes.
A whole lot of lessons.
A whole lot of early mornings, late nights, phone calls, spreadsheets, dirt lots, permits, inspections, setbacks, problem-solving, and figuring things out as we went. 😂
But also…
A whole lot of families handing us the keys to their dreams and trusting us to build something they could call HOME. ❤️🏡
That’s the part I’ll always be most proud of.
This experience reminded me of something:
Put your head down. Believe in what you’re building. Stay disciplined. Create systems. Follow your processes. Treat people well. Take care of your team. Stand behind your product. Lead by example. Keep doing the work. And treat every project like it’s your first project!!
You don’t have to chase recognition.
Sometimes, if you do those things long enough, recognition finds you when you aren’t even looking for it. 🙏
To every client, friend, family member, contractor, partner, Realtor, lender, manufacturer, vendor, employee, and person who has supported Robin Hood Real Estate Investments over these first three years…
