ANOTHER UPDATE : If you call the office, I may can hear you but then you can’t hear me. It’s very intermittent. Tech support is aware of the issue. The modem isn’t working properly. My remote team member Mary has been able to field many calls for us.

UPDATE: power has been restored at the office however we are experiencing some computer and phone issues so continue to bear with us. We are working through things as best we can !
