Not every loan is easy—and sometimes, there are a LOT of moving parts behind the scenes to get to the closing table! 🏡🔑

When another lender told these buyers no, I was determined to find a way to get them to YES. We put together a plan, worked through the steps, got creative, and today they officially closed on their beautiful new construction home! 🎉🏠

This is one of my favorite parts of what I do. Sometimes a denial doesn’t mean you can’t buy a home—it may just mean you need a different plan and a lender willing to think outside the box.
