For 43 years, Caroline Stucky has helped strengthen not only our organization, but the people behind it. And today, we celebrate her retirement from this remarkable service.

Caroline's dedication and servant-hearted approach to leading our human resources department helped cultivate a workplace rooted in integrity, teamwork, and community.

Her impact reaches far beyond the workplace and continues in the people, relationships, and careers she helped grow over four decades.

Thank you for your commitment to serving Farm Credit and rural America. Wishing you the best in your retirement!

We need no excuses to EAT BEEF.

But we’ll gladly celebrate a little extra in May.

Happy National Beef Month to the ranchers that supply our favorite meal.

🎳 2026 Bowl For Kids's Sake in the books! 🎳

We had a blast last week brushing up on our bowling skills in support of Kansas Big Brothers Big Sisters serving Ellis County!

While we always enjoy a night of friendly HPFC competition, we were most excited to raise more than $7,000 for Kansas youth.

A big thanks to BBBS for another great evening and for your commitment to helping kids in our communities!

We’re proud to celebrate a big milestone for our team at High Plains Farm Credit!

Three of our dedicated staff members recently completed FCCS' Leading Others, a leadership development program designed to strengthen skills that help us better serve our customers, support our communities, and grow as an organization.

Investing in leadership means investing in the future of agriculture and we’re excited to see the impact these team members will continue to make.

Please join us in congratulating Jared Bauck, Eric Fox, and Bjorn Halderson on this achievement! 👏

We’re excited to announce that HPFC customer-stockholder and nominating committee member Lindy McMillen has been selected for the Farm Credit Council Services Women of Distinction program.

Lindy grew up with a passion for agriculture and is now the co-owner of McMillen Farms, Inc. Over the past six years, she and her husband have grown their family farm in Lane County, Kansas, into a dryland operation producing milo, corn, and wheat.

They’re proud to be raising their young son in agriculture and hope to instill in him the values of hard work and responsibility.

Off the farm, Lindy serves as Director of Grain Trading for Garden City Co-op, where she oversees grain merchandising and origination across 21 locations in Kansas and Oklahoma.

She’s deeply committed to rural America and is involved in several organizations and boards that support the ag industry and her local community. You may also recognize Lindy as the 2026 American Farm Bureau Young Farmers and Ranchers Discussion Meet winner.

Lindy looks forward to participating in the Women of Distinction program to continue building her leadership skills, connect with other women in agriculture, and challenge her perspective — all with the goal of making a meaningful impact on the future of agriculture.

Congratulations, Lindy, and thank you for representing High Plains Farm Credit and our Kansas communities so well.
