Lindy McMillen is back home after meeting with leaders across Farm Credit for the Advancing Women in Agriculture through Resilience & Distinction (AWARD) leadership experience.

But she's not returning from Gettysburg empty handed. Throughout the week, Lindy sharpened leadership skills, explored lessons in resilience, and formed connections with women in ag around the country.
