Can I tell you the number one text I get from buyers? It's some version of "hey... is everything okay with our loan?"

And almost every time, everything is completely fine. The underwriter just asked for a bank statement. Or the appraisal took two extra days. Normal stuff. But nobody told them it was normal, so it feels scary.

That's the part I refuse to let happen to my buyers. Before we even get to that stretch, you'll know what's coming, what I need from you, and what I'm handling so you don't have to think about it.

You get to be the calm one. I've got the messy part covered. ☕
