I have a client that is looking to hire a part-time position to help with job scheduling and office management. The financial and bookkeeping portion will still be handled by me :)

Mostly remote but needs to be open to meeting around Powell/Knox/Clinton area periodically. Growing business with a great future!

** Annual recertification for QuickBooks Online - Done ✔️ **

The improvements that QBO has been providing in the last couple of years are helpful in serving my clients and I'm happy to continue being a QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor!

Just in the last year, here are a few improvements to the software:

$ Ability to import lists from Google Sheets

$ New communication tool within QuickBooks Online where you can "pass notes" about transactions with your bookkeeper

$ A new integration with Square (which I'm personally excited to try out)

Remembering your log-in passwords can get overwhelming! I highly suggest finding a password system that is secure and helps store this highly sensitive info for you. It will eliminate the need to keep them in your Notes on your phone 👍

On July 15, 2021, QuickBooks Online will begin the rollout of price increases for new and existing subscriptions.

🌟 The price increase will affect all subscription levels except Self Employment and Simple Start, both new and existing.

🌟Subscriptions that are client-billed as well as firm-billed (i.e. your bookkeeper pays) will see these changes.

🌟 The only discount NOT CHANGING is subscriptions with wholesale discounts added prior to July 15, 2021. This is a discount granted to bookkeepers and accountants when they purchase a new subscription for a client.

🌟So...if it's on your to-do list to hire a bookkeeper for your small business, NOW is be the perfect time to lock in that discount.
