UWM (my top lending partner and the top lender in the country) is now allowing use of VantageScore credit scoring in addition to traditional FICO scores — and it’s already opening doors for buyers who previously may not have qualified.

Real example scenarios could look like this:

❌ Traditional FICO Score: 574 = No Loan
✅ VantageScore: 668 = Loan Approved + much better pricing/options!

That’s a HUGE difference.

Many buyers assume they can’t qualify because they’ve checked a credit score online, been turned down before, or were quoted using only traditional scoring models.
