Sound Benefit Administration explains the often misunderstood requirement that Health Reimbursement Arrangements (HRAs) are, in fact, covered by COBRA's continuation of benefits rights.

Just because your plan document says the HRA is not available to terminated employees, it doesn’t necessarily mean it’s following the rules.
