Great News! The base loan limits for loans eligible for sale to Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac in 2022 have increased from $548,250 to $647,200 for single family residences. New loan limits go into effect January 1, 2022 though some loans may be eligible to lock at this higher loan amount prior to 2022. Contact me today for more information!
