Shawn is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of the University at Albany in Albany, New York. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a Master’s degree in Forensic Accounting. Shawn spent 3 years as a Certified Public Accountant for Ernst & Young (EY) and Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, before joining Northwestern Mutual in 2018. Shawn has experience in financial advising, financial planning, insurances, accounting, Anti-Money laundering, and fraud investigations. Shawn has numerous licenses including his CPA, FINRA Series 6, FINRA Series 63 and NYSLAH.
