To better serve our policyholders during this difficult time, Germania has partnered with several adjusting firms (Compass Adjusting, Mid-America Adjusting and Tailored Adjustment) to expedite on-site claim inspections. When visiting you, the adjusters should already have a services sheet that includes your policy information. NEVER provide that information to an adjuster if they do not have it already.

If you are concerned about a potential scam, please request that the on-site adjuster provide your specific coverage details, deductibles and policy limits to compare against information from your policy declarations page. You can access these documents by downloading the Germania App, or by logging in to the policyholder portal on the Germania website. 📱💻
