Well, we’ve been keeping a little secret over here, but yall know we can’t let a birthday go by without celebrating, so I guess it’s time to let the cat out of the bag!!

This was a fun, but tough week for our office family. Our sweet Zoey’s last day was Friday, as she takes a huge leap into the next stage of her life in moving to Utah.

So, in L&Co fashion, we had a progressive farewell and spread it out for days. Desk decorated, family lunch, then the real deal.

We showered her with some fun reminders of her roots and what she’s giving up (bluebell, Whataburger ketchup, and Texas in general) and found some fun things to help kickstart her Utah adventures (lots of travel snacks, Salt Lake starter kit, and fun hiking things) then of course some L&Co swag so she REALLY remembers where she belongs)🩷

Z, we are going to miss you so much but are so proud and excited for you and this next adventure! I have enjoyed every minute of your time here as part of not just my work family, but also my family family. You have become part of our family through and through and it has been so so fun! 😊

I am so proud of how much you have learned, how you have grown, and how you have bravely tackled everything I’ve thrown at you with a smile and excitement.

You are such a special young lady and I cannot wait to see you thrive in this next stage of life!!! Thank you for trusting me enough to be part of your story. The next chapter is going to be epic!!

Today we celebrated Jaime Kimberlin and the SIX amazing years she’s been part of Team Lovelace!

I interviewed her during COVID…we did her team interview in my swimming pool! Back then we referred to the pool as our “Corporate Headquarters” lol

The days are sometimes long, but the years are flying by! If Jaime has helped you, quoted you, or laughed with you, help me congratulate her on this accomplishment!!!

Well... the numbers are in, and May was the second-biggest month in L&Co history! 💗

To say I'm proud of this team would be an understatement.

We recently celebrated 14 years in business here in Pottsboro, and one thing is certain—we're just getting started.

Over the last several months, our team has been investing in training, refining our processes, and raising the standard for what client service should look like. Not because we have to, but because our clients deserve it.

Growth is exciting, but what I'm most proud of is how we're growing—with intention, professionalism, and a genuine commitment to taking great care of the people who trust us.

Today we celebrate MICAYLA and her 7th year with Lovelace & Company! There aren’t enough words to express my appreciation and admiration for her.
