We are pleased to announce the recent promotions of Jolene Langwell to Chief Information Officer, Britney Hambright to Chief Operating Officer, and Jennifer Bailey to Chief Risk Officer.
Jolene Langwell to Chief Information Officer
Jolene has been a valued member of the bank since 1996 and brings nearly three decades of experience and institutional knowledge to her new role. Throughout her tenure, she has held a variety of positions including lending department administrative assistant, assistant to the Chief Financial Officer and Human Resources, payroll clerk, data processing supervisor, IT Officer, and Vice President/IT Officer/Security Officer. She has served as Senior Vice President since 2012.
Over the years, Langwell has played a key role in strengthening the bank’s technology infrastructure and information security while supporting the institution’s continued growth and innovation.
She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Oklahoma State University.
Jolene’s extensive institutional knowledge and technology leadership will continue to enhance the bank’s operational efficiency and strengthen service to its customers.
Britney Hambright to Chief Operating Officer
Britney began her banking career in 2014 and has served the bank in several key roles, including Branch Manager and Cashier/Operations. Through these positions, she has gained extensive experience in bank operations, customer service, and leadership. Since 2021, Britney has been a valued member of the bank’s senior management team.
Throughout her career, Britney has continued to strengthen her professional knowledge through numerous industry training programs. She has attended several banking schools on behalf of the bank, including the OBA Operations School, OBA Branch Manager School, OBA Intermediate School of Banking, OBA Supervisor Boot Camp, and various other educational programs.
In her new role as Chief Operating Officer, Hambright will oversee the bank’s daily operations and continue to support its commitment to exceptional service and operational excellence.
Jennifer Bailey to Chief Risk Officer
Jennifer began her banking career in 2001 and has served the bank in a wide range of roles, including teller, loan support, loan processing, credit administration officer, lending compliance officer, and most recently BSA/Compliance Officer. She has been an executive officer and member of the senior management team since 2020, bringing extensive operational and regulatory expertise to the organization.
Jennifer holds an associate degree from CASC and is a graduate of the ABA Intermediate Compliance School. In 2022, she earned her degree from the Graduate School of Banking in Madison, Wisconsin, where she was elected secretary of her class. She also earned a Certificate of Executive Leadership from the Wisconsin School of Business Center for Professional and Executive Development.
As Chief Risk Officer, Jennifer will oversee the bank’s risk management strategy, ensuring continued strength in compliance, governance, and operational integrity.
