My husband and I decided to use Jimmy Nigro with RMS for a pre-approval. We weren't sure we wanted to move or what we would qualify for. We were pre-approved the same day we submitted the application. As we moved forward selling our home and purchasing another, Jimmy was very informative, responsive and told us what to expect from him and his team the entire time. I never wondered where the loan stood or what was needed from me. The whole process was extremely easy and pleasant! I would go through Jimmy again in a heartbeat!
