The Scioto County Land Reutilzation Corporation has new board members. The new Board Members are Scioto County Commissioners Scottie Powell and Merit Smith Portsmouth City Manager Sam Sutherland, Porter Township Trustee Dennis DeCamp and Scioto County Treasurer Joey Sandlin. There will be a Special Land Bank meeting to discuss the approval of new signers for the SCLRC checking account and the property at 308 Owensville Road. The meeting will be at 9:00 a.m. Friday, September 5, 2025 in the Land Bank office on the fourth floor, Room 403.
