Continental Insurance Agency Alliance Dedicated to the creation, growth, retention, and evolution of the independent insurance agency.

In 1999, Continental Insurance Agents Alliance (CIAA) was formed as a local Master Agency for the nationally known SIAA - The Agent Alliance to serve territories in Colorado and Wyoming. Our primary mission is to create an alliance of independent insurance agencies who want to grow and succeed through collective strength. Members benefit from this strength to obtain more carrier appointments, top tier commissions, improved bonus structures and insurance resources.

Sometimes the best conversations happen outside the office. 💜

CIAA recently brought a few of our members together for a casual meetup. No big agenda, just good conversation, a few laughs and a chance to connect.

We loved catching up with friends from HALU Insurance, High Plains Insurance, Munoz Insurance and Inner Circle Insurance, along with members of our CIAA team.

Building a strong network is about more than business. It’s about creating opportunities to know one another, share ideas and build relationships and we’re looking forward to creating more moments like this with our members soon! 💜

Last month, we hosted our very first CIAA Commercial Lines Accelerator Program, bringing members together for two days of learning, collaboration, and practical strategies to grow their commercial lines business.

The conversations, collaboration, and energy throughout the program made it clear, this is just the beginning.
