Unfortunately that isn't good enough. My time spent with Paula has been short, the process a little frustrating due to technology however Paula was there every step of the way to help guide me through everything even the technology issues. She was very friendly and compassionate and generally cared. I felt safe and secure working with her during all aspects of the process. It meant alot to me and will look forward to working with her in the future whenever rates come down. Exceptional human being with real passion for her work. Thank you for everything

I would refer Paula to all my friends who needs a loan.
