The Camino de Santiago has routes through Northwestern Spain, and is a major religious pilgrimage dating back to the Middle Ages. Today, the pilgrimage remains for many, and for others it has become a tourism and athletic destination, a right of passage, and a spiritual retreat.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​Regardless of intention, this walk will be transformational. Google Flights is now giving flyers the tools to travel with a smaller carbon footprint!

Google Flights new color-coded system with sorting options will allow intended travelers to search for environmentally friendly flights, factoring in the type and age of the aircraft, the scheduled route, the number of seats, and the seat class.
