The Betty Campbell/ Jeanette Crawley Scholarship Fund provides financial assistance to Boise-Eliot children for college and vocational training. The fund started in 1991 to provide children in North Portland with higher education scholarships. The scholarship was originally named for Jeanette Crawley in honor of Betty Campbell's friend. In 2014 the scholarship was renamed in honor of Betty Campbel
