When I first started this agency, the vision was never just about insurance policies. Kaylee… there are not enough words to fully capture what these last five years have meant, not just to this company, but to me personally.

In a world where people come and go, where loyalty is tested and often fades, you have remained. Steady. Committed. Unwavering. Last night was one for the books. 🏒🔥

Took the team to the Portland Winterhawks game and WOW… what a ride. It was a nail-biter till the very end, insane energy in the arena, and a BIG WIN to top it off 🙌

And let’s be honest, the fights definitely added to the excitement 😅🥊
We didn’t have the entire crew with us, but they were absolutely there in spirit!

Grateful for this team and nights like these that remind us why building memories together matters just as much as the work we do every day. ❤️🏒

I was reminded how blessed I am to lead such an incredible team. ❤️

I came into the office expecting a normal workday (and bringing everyone coffee!) — instead I was met with a fully decorated office, birthday cakes, balloons, and a team singing Happy Birthday to me. 🎂🎈

Leadership is about pouring into people, but today my team poured right back into me — and I couldn’t feel more grateful or more proud of the culture we’ve built at West Coast Insurance Brokers.

I’ll be honest — I didn’t even know Boss’s Day was a thing… but my incredible team made me tear up today. They surprised me with flowers, thoughtful gifts, and the most beautiful words that hit straight to the heart.

Leadership has never been about titles for me — it’s about impact. It’s about showing up with love, gratitude, and purpose, and helping others see the potential in themselves.

To have my team reflect that back to me — to say I’ve inspired them, that work feels meaningful, that they want to come in and grow — that means more than any award or recognition ever could.

From day one, my guiding purpose has been clear: to be a leader who inspires, cultivates safety, and supports the growth and flourishing of others. This isn’t just a slogan, it’s how I show up every day.

I believe that work is more than tasks, metrics, or output. It’s about people. It’s about the impact we leave on one another’s lives.. the feelings, memories, trust, and strength we help build together.

I want each person who works with me, whether you’re new, seasoned, or somewhere in between, to feel seen, heard, and valued. To feel courageous enough to fail, learn, and try again. To sense that they belong, are growing, and are part of something bigger than themselves.

When I look toward the future, my deepest hope is that what people remember isn’t simply what I produced or sold, but how I made them feel. That they carry forward confidence, graditude, a willingness to lift others up, and a sense of possibility.
