Kim attended our first class over Zoom back in June. Her motivation was to get into her own space after being cooped up at her parents house as she saved for a down payment.

On our first time our touring homes she found a true Unicorn, a DETACHED condo under $300,000 in SE Portland.

The market has picked up even more over the last 2 weeks now that we have entered into Phase 1 in most of Oregon.

Pendings are almost keeping up with new listings. This means that homes are selling quickly and its still a very strong sellers market.

I was lucky enough to meet Ryan & Kayleen at my first time home buyer class in the fall of 2019.

After having a poor experience with another realtor and mortgage broker they were seeking more info about the home buying process.

Due to the current geopolitical climate that has happened between the United States and Iran, investors are shifting their capital investments from stocks and mutual funds into more bearish safe havens like the mortgage backed bond market.

With this recent influx of capital, it has caused interest rates to drop over the past month and make it a really great time to consider purchasing a home or refinancing.
