Please vet your contractors before you have work done! I myself nearly hired a roofing contractor who was unlicensed (actually suspended!) today. Luckily I remembered to check the CCB # and with the BBB. Even when they have a very well put together website and invoice, make sure you check if you don’t know them personally!
