He had outstanding customer service. After the move it felt like there were a lot of extra hands involved in the process. i.e. I'd correspond with someone who seemed to be a point person, but almost every question was met with 'I'll let Craig know and he'll reach out to you.' Nothing wrong with that system, but I missed the real connection I previously experienced.

We were originally working with a different loan officer and company, and I don't think that we would have had the same experience had we not worked with Craig. He was creative and strategic, and was able to get us an incredibly low interest rate while staying within the budget we had for the down payment and closing costs. Every one of his colleagues that I interacted with were also super kind and efficient. I have already recommended Craig and Cornerstone to friends who are buying houses right now, and will continue to do so.
