I had a general understanding of financing options and was in a position with multiple options on how much to put down. Mike ran multiple scenarios for multiple properties and did a great job of explaining the options. He also referred us two great real estate agents who were very helpful throughout the process. Because Mike had a relationship with our agent, the process was much smoother on our end since he worked with the agent on various things which took that off our plate. I was very happy with Mike's level of service and care and would recommend Guild Mortgage.
