The best Friday messages to receive from clients!

This client came to me having sold her previous house, and wanting to put down 20% on a new house. I recognized that her total debts would be much lower if she did 10% down and used the other money to pay off credit card liabilities; this also allowed us to do a rapid credit rescore to increase her fico score.

By doing that she saved an entire percent in interest rate, saving 100k over the life of the loan, AND still had money to make cosmetic changes to the house.

A common misconception in real estate is that you need 20% down to get into a home.

Many of my first time home buyer clients end up getting into a home with a little as 3% down, myself included!

This allows you to get into a home and start building your wealth with equity.
