If you receive a password reset email, login notification, or security message you weren’t expecting, take it seriously. Update your password right away, review recent account activity, and enable two-factor authentication whenever possible.

Scammers often try to create panic or urgency to get people to click links or share personal information. If something doesn’t seem right, avoid using links in texts or emails and go directly to our website or mobile app instead.

One important reminder: we will never contact you asking for your password or verification code.

A few cautious steps today can help prevent bigger problems tomorrow.

🚩 Watch for these red flags:
• Anyone asking for passcodes or login details
• “Urgent” calls or texts about your account
• Unexpected links or messages requesting action

If something doesn’t feel right, trust your instincts. Hang up, delete the message, and contact us directly.
