The Fed cut rates again! At their November meeting, the Board voted to cut policy rates by 0.25%. Fed Chair Powell said he expects additional “calibration” — or cuts — though the timing is uncertain. The Fed doesn't control mortgage rates directly. There may be advantages to making your move now rather than waiting on the Fed to act again.
