CORE recently facilitated the acquisition and lease of 11 Fireslate Place in Lewiston.

The 14,000-square-foot warehouse property was acquired by Lumen Industries, with a long-term lease in place for Brock Corp., a global industrial services provider. The transaction ensures immediate occupancy and supports Brock’s regional operations.

CORE’s Charlie Hippler represented Lumen Industries, and CORE will provide ongoing property management services at the property.

Frank was a proud veteran, respected member of Maine’s commercial real estate community, and a valued member of the CORE leadership team. His impact on our organization extended far beyond his work. He was a trusted advisor, generous teammate, and friend to many. Frank’s influence helped shape CORE, and he will be profoundly missed.

We extend our sincere condolences to Frank’s family, friends, colleagues, fellow veterans, and all who had the privilege of knowing him.
