We really liked working with David for the following 3 reasons:

Communication:
From our initial meeting and orientation it was apparent that David loves his work and is very transparent about his companies services, his abilities and his team that he works with… he was awesome guiding us thru the process and following up accordingly

Creativity
We were doing a 1031 and ran into a couple challenges and he worked relentlessly with our realtor to provide options that helped us to close the deal.
He is very knowledgeable about the entire RE purchasing process and he is a priceless asset to have on your team.

Follow thru
David answered all of our questions before, during and even after escrow closed. I cannot say enough about David, his team and his colleagues that helped us purchase our home and his guidance during the entire process.

I am happy to have David and Churchill on my side and look forward to working with them again in the future…
