There's something extra special about helping someone turn a fresh start into a new beginning!

We're excited to celebrate our latest Guild Mortgage Welcome Home Series winner, who achieved a major milestone: becoming a homeowner on her own, just in time for her October birthday! 🎉🔑

Facing a big life transition, she wasn't sure homeownership was possible. But with determination and the support of Jessica Fritts and her Guild Mortgage team, she turned uncertainty into confidence and found a place to call her own — with room for her two dogs and beloved birds! 🐾🦜

What a wonderful afternoon at Frog Pond Farm celebrating the people who make what we do so meaningful—our amazing clients, families, and community! 🧡

From sipping apple c***r and enjoying delicious donuts to making new furry friends and soaking up all the fall festivities, our Guild Mortgage Portland Area Client Appreciation Event was filled with smiles, laughter, and great memories! 🐐🍎🍩

We even had an extra-special little guest join the fun—one of our Guild team members brought her newborn baby! 👶🧡

We're proud to spotlight Valor Mentoring, a local nonprofit serving the Salem-Keizer, Oregon community** through meaningful mentorship, connection, and support.

With approximately 200 vetted and trained local mentors, Valor Mentoring helps connect men seeking guidance and encouragement with individuals committed to making a difference. And mentorship goes both ways, creating opportunities for both mentors and mentees to learn, grow, and inspire one another. 💙

A special shoutout to our very own Buddy Puckett, Guild Mortgage Sales Manager with Team Puckett, who was one of the founders who helped bring Valor Mentoring to the Salem-Keizer community!

🏠💙 Putting a little sweat equity into our community!

Yesterday, members of our Guild Mortgage team traded our desks for paintbrushes and spent the day volunteering with Habitat for Humanity Portland Region , painting the interiors of homes that will provide affordable homeownership opportunities for local families. 🎨🔨

We’re grateful for the opportunity to lend a hand and support the incredible work Habitat for Humanity is doing to help more families have a safe, stable place to call home.

A fresh coat of paint may seem like a small part of the process, but it was pretty special knowing we were helping get these homes one step closer to move-in day. 🏡❤️
