Home listings in Portland OR are down again, but listings usually are down yearly, this time of year, going into the Holidays. It is a Seller’s market, WELL SORT OF?

So now the City of Portland OR. will send $500,000 on benches so homeless can sleep on park benches? I do not see how that is going to help the homeless. I believe that money can be spent much wiser, especially with the “hard” winter that is approaching, according to the Farmer Almanac

The funding is meant to provide something more permanent than the temporary orange fences that often are put up around evicted houseless campsites.
