About Jessica

My name is Jessica Fritts and I am a mortgage expert licensed in Oregon, Washington, and California.

In 2002 I began my career in mortgage lending while studying finance and economics at the University of Portland. During the last 2 decades I have learned first-hand a lifetime of mortgage lessons - natural disasters, terrorism, market crashes, economic downturns, real estate fluctuation, appreciation and decline have all contributed to how we lend today. And today I’m optimistic about the current housing market and my mission is to help as many people as possible realize home-ownership.

Although I help borrowers throughout the entire west coast I call Portland my home. I love Portland for its friendly, smart and innovative community. I am fascinated at how it has handled population growth while preserving its beautiful lush landscape. I adore the mountains and ocean any time of year. My other interests include yoga and meditation, traveling, gardening and the arts.

Volunteering in my community is an extremely important part of my life. The Junior League of Portland and Big Brothers Big Sisters are a couple organizations that I devote time to and they each hold a special place in my heart.
