Meet Casey, our Client Claims Consultant! Her typical workday includes submitting new claims to insurance carriers and communicating with adjusters and insureds to help ensure the process runs smoothly. She started her insurance career in the early 2000s in an entry-level claims position with a national carrier and joined the JDF team in 2021. What she enjoys most is helping people with their claims and guiding them through tough times.

Casey’s favorite part about working for JDF is the people. She states it feels like a second family to her, and she appreciates working with such a supportive and passionate team. Since joining JDF in 2021, she has made lifelong friends.
