Here is my line up of what I take supplement wise.

Beyond Raw is a great pre workout. It doesn’t give me the jitters. I’ll take that before the gym sometimes I’ll change it out for a Celsius, or a scoop of Oxyshred.

BCAA Shredded fruit punch for post workouts.

When it comes to protein test what works for you.

Regular whey hurts my tummy.
I definitely recommend isolate or hydrolyzed protein.
