The soul has a unique way of letting us know what we need to live fulfilling lives and how to be our authentic selves. Symptoms like worry, withdrawal, illness, and fear are the soul’s attempt to point us in the right direction so we can feel fully alive. I am passionate about helping people heal from their past experiences and the repe

titive patterns which distance them from their authentic selves. I offer a supportive, nonjudgmental, healing space where, together, we can listen to the voice of your soul and seek YOUR meaning. I work with adults, adolescents, and children in the following areas:
Chronic illness
Lyme Disease (Lyme literate)
Anxiety
Depression
Addiction
Stress
PTSD
Family conflict
Sexual abuse
Adolescents with sexual behavior problems

I employ an in-depth therapeutic approach, as well as EMDR, sand tray, body movement, and mindfulness. I’m available in person and by phone or video conference.
